We measure your landscape beds during your estimate to calculate the exact amount needed. We ensure that we install the right quantity of mulch to ensure that your plants are getting the nutrients they need.

WHAT TYPE OF MULCH DO YOU INSTALL?

We mostly install and prefer installing premium bark mulch; It has the highest nitrogen content for your plants, it resists fading the most, and it has a great color that enhances the look of your landscape beds and plants. That being said we have a dark brown bark and hardwood blend available and can also provide black mulch, red mulch, and leaf mulch.

DOES MULCH HELP PREVENT WEEDS?

Yes. Properly installed mulch at the correct depth helps suppress weed growth by blocking sunlight. For best results, we also recommend proper bed preparation before installation.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO INSTALL MULCH?

Spring is the most popular time for mulch installation, but it can be installed anytime during the growing season to refresh and protect your landscape beds. We also have customers who have us mulch in the fall that way their beds look fresh and vibrant throughout the winter months.
